Mugen Ran Online and its staff is not responsible for any kind transactions made between players. However, the players have the free will to be involved with transactions at their own risk. Rest assured, Mugen Ran Online and its staff are dedicated on securing the server and identifying hackers and scammers in game for the sake of the server and the Mugen Ran community.
In using the Mugen Ran Online, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Players are discouraged to buy/sell accounts due to the high risk of getting scammed/hacked.
Player-to-player transactions that are paid with load or cash in exchange for in-game items and accounts are not allowed.
Mugen Ran Online will not entertain any complaints regarding scam/hack cases resulting from player-to-player transactions.
Mugen Ran Online and its staff do not ask for account information details such as pincodes, secret questions and passwords. Players are warned against poser accounts in-game and in social media that claim they are the GMs.

Mugen Ran Online will sanction permanent ban of accounts for the following reasons:
Advertising Mugen Ran server to other RAN servers and vice versa.
Threatening and spreading false announcements about the Mugen Ran server and its staff
Impersonating as Mugen Ran Administrator and Game Master
Duping Gold and in-game Items
Owning dupe gold and in-game Items
Giving Keylogger sites
Using Hack and Cheat files
Account/Item Selling via PHP or player to player transaction outside the game currency
(Still it depends on how heavy the damage has been done)
Mugen Ran Online staff will be entertaining reports, complaints and cases regarding bad attitude and violation of rules through the Mugen Ran Forums. Reports must be accompanied by a screenshot.
The Mugen Ran Online community caters to the values of peace, respect and honesty among our fellow Mugen Ran players. Players who use violence and threat will be sanctioned according to the gravity of their improper behavior.
These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between the Mugen Ran Online staff and the players.
