I think several quests from certain NPCs are bugged. The ones that I have noticed are the following: *Jackson leader quest* and *Start Oblivion E* from the "New Quest Helper" and the quest from Monisha (the one that where you need to talk to Monisha before getting the quest promp). Are these bugs are something is wrong with my client or connection, etc.
